Kyara is a vibrant, conceptual hotel bar blending unconventional ingredients and classic cocktails. Minimalistic, uchronia inspired aesthetic explores a dystopian post-modern cocktail world where iconic classics are interpreted through a lens of unconventional ingredients.
Kyara serves drinks and snacks you can’t get anywhere else; from aperitivo, to sunset drinking all the way through the late-night party.
Martini Diagnosis
The room is dominated by a spectacular compounding room, with library of distillates, extracts, and accords, where our cocktail recipes are formulated and where personalised martini experience, martini diagnosis, is served.
