The name comes from the ancient “Kyara,” the highest grade of mystical aromatic aloeswood — a rare and precious ingredient that can be worth more per kilo than gold.

Kyara is a vibrant, conceptual hotel bar that combines unconventional ingredients with classic cocktails. Its minimalist, uchronian-inspired aesthetic explores a postmodern, dystopian universe of mixology, where classics are reimagined with an innovative twist.

At its heart is the Compounding Room, a striking space housing a library of distillates, extracts, and accords — where our recipes are developed and the personalized martini diagnosis experience is offered.

Kyara serves unique drinks and snacks you won’t find anywhere else — from aperitifs and sunsets to late-night parties.

Our cocktail menu is built around eight olfactory families, inspired by perfumery accords — each offering a fresh perspective on the classics.

Kyara is more than just a bar. It’s an immersive space combining minimalist aesthetics, futuristic storytelling, and a postmodern vision of mixology.

At the center is our Compounding Room, a creative lab with a library of distillates, extracts, and accords where unique recipes are crafted and our personalized martini experience is served.

The vibe is vibrant and contemporary: spectacular views, an open-air terrace, and a casual yet intentional atmosphere.

Music completes the experience. Expect a melodic, deep selection of trap, drill, hip hop, garage, and afro trap, spotlighting emerging artists and the sounds of now.

We currently do not take reservations.
 We operate exclusively on a first-come, first-served basis (walk-in only).

Kyara is designed to flow freely — no fixed schedules or assigned seating. We believe in a dynamic and spontaneous experience, which is why we don’t accept reservations. Just come by — if we have space, we’ll gladly welcome you.

Yes. We request Smart Casual attire.
 Sportswear, swimsuits, and flip-flops are not allowed.

 We serve what we call “elevated drinking food” — dishes made to enjoy at any hour, always with the perfect drink in hand.

Our kitchen draws inspiration from Japanese cuisine, respecting technique and aesthetics while sourcing top-quality, locally-sourced ingredients. The product is always at the center — treated with precision, sensitivity, and a dose of contemporary creativity.

The menu includes carefully curated robata grill items, raw cuts, croquettes, and tempuras, served throughout the night. Each dish is designed to enhance our cocktails’ flavors, match the rhythm of the space, and adapt to various moments of your experience — from aperitif to late-night bites.

Important: To preserve the aesthetics and atmosphere of the space, external decorations such as balloons, flowers, posters, or themed items (e.g., bachelor/bachelorette props) are not allowed.

Kyara has been carefully designed with a strong visual identity, and every element contributes to that narrative.

As per venue policy and local regulations, entry to Kyara is restricted to guests over 21 years old.

Exception for hotel guests:

Guests staying at the hotel may access Kyara from age 15, but only until 10:00 PM and always accompanied by a responsible adult. A valid ID may be required at entry. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the Kyara experience.
